Nikon offers a buffer memory expansion service for the D3 digital SLR camera. The buffer expansion allows the number of shots possible with a single burst of continuous shooting to be increased. The cost for the service is $500.00 plus your state tax and the upgrade is planned to take up to two weeks time.
