Pentacon announces the Praktica DVC 5.1 HD digital camcorder. The new camera supports NTSC / PAL / HD 720P resolution at 30 frames per second. Furthermore, the DVC 5.1 features a still image function with resolutions of 3264 x 2448 (8 Mp interpolated), 2576 x 1932 (5 Mp) and 2048 x 1536 (3 Mp), and the images can be stored on 32 MB of built-in memory, or SDHC cards.
